We are seeking a committed Customer Service Manager who is experienced in all aspects of commercial cleaning.
The role:
You will be responsible in conjunction with the NSW Cleaning Operations Manager for a portfolio of sites across various sectors including body corporate, hospitality, events and commercial.
Provide support to cleaning staff and to the NSW State Manager.
Oversee scheduling, training, and routine productivity to deliver day to day cleaning activities
Assist the State Cleaning Manager to build a positive and transparent culture.
Compliance inspections and reporting; Ensure all occupational health and safety processes are observed and followed
Report to NSW State Manager on performance operations for your sites
Coordinate and assist with special project work as required.
