As our Clinical Services Manager you will
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders and service providers, develop referral pathways, and ensure integration across services using a co-design approach.
* Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee clinical governance, and drive evidence-based best practice through continuous quality improvement.
* Establish governance frameworks, participate in consortium and advisory groups, and implement culturally appropriate and inclusive practices in collaboration with First Nations communities.
* Ensure adherence to our Clinical Governance Framework, manage risk and incident reporting, maintain KPI performance, and maintain records management obligations.
* Work closely with the Regional Manager to shape and deliver the strategic vision for Integrated Mental Health Services.

About you
Are you a committed, innovative, and inclusive leader with considerable knowledge and experience in mental health service delivery? We're also looking for
* Tertiary level qualifications as a Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
* Current annual practicing certificate from AHPRA or a Social Worker with eligibility to register with AASW.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in health care management, and mental health service delivery
* Experience working in a trauma informed and recovery orientated service and in cross cultural settings, especially with First Nations People
* Highly developed interpersonal communication and decision-making skills
