 
        
        Holistic Support Worker
This role offers the opportunity to work with individuals with disabilities, empowering them to reach their goals and live meaningful lives through one-on-one support and assistance with daily activities.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide holistic support to participants, helping them to achieve their full potential and live independently.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the disability/community services sector and person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Support participants to live independently and achieve their NDIS plan goals.
 * Assist with personal care, health care, and domestic household duties.
 * Provide trauma-informed care to young people in line with their Targeted Care Package goals.
 * Availability for overnight shifts and sleepovers.
 * Willingness to travel to various locations around Bendigo and surrounding regions.
 * Transport participants using a privately owned vehicle.
 * Work across multiple worksites and/or relocate to other worksites as required.
Requirements:
 * Qualification (Certificate III in Individual Support) or relevant field.
 * Vehicle registration and car insurance.
 * Working with Children Check.
 * Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
 * NDIS Worker's Orientation Module.
 * Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
