Your knowledge of credit policy and broker networks will set you up for success. What You’ll Do Grow your portfolio by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Build powerful broker relationships and help them diversify into unsecured lending. Create strategic territory plans to smash growth targets. Deliver impactful presentations showcasing Latitude’s products and capabilities. Support broker training and accreditation. Experience in home loan or commercial lending through broker channels. Strong negotiation skills and a passion for outstanding customer service. Ability to interpret data and insights to drive performance outcomes. Bonus Points For: Previous experience as an RM or BDM in broker distribution.
