Location: Cairns site, with occasional travel to our regional sites including Innisfail

Your Day-to-Day
* Deliver engaging, accredited training and assessment aligned with national standards.
* Support students with LLND needs and blended learning requirements.
* Conduct practical assessments and oversee work placements.
* Travel between sites (fleet car provided for work travel).
* Use Moodle and MS Teams to manage online learning and communication.
What We're Looking For
* TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher in Adult Education).
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or Aged Care/Disability) or higher.
* Current industry experience in aged care or disability support.
* Tech-savvy and adaptable to online learning platforms.
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse learners.
Mandatory Requirements
* Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and National Police Check or ability to obtain.
* Valid Driver Licence.
* Evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations for work placement.
