Job Title: New Home Sales Consultant – Custom Homes
Location: Traralgon, Gippsland, Victoria

The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team based in Traralgon at our Display Village. You’ll work closely with our experienced Design Team to guide clients through their custom home building journey; from initial inquiry to design agreement, final plans, estimates, and closing the sale. With a new display home opening in 2026, it’s an exciting time to join our award-winning team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads
- Engage prospective clients and build strong relationships
- Collaborate with drafting team and administration teams
- Maintain CRM and follow company sales processes
- Attend display homes and client meetings
- Uphold Virtue Homes' commitment to excellent customer service and unparalleled client experience

About You:
- Experience in custom home sales or real estate is a MUST
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Local to Gippsland/Latrobe Valley or willing to travel
- A background in building design or construction is preferred but not essential
