We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Restaurant Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the team of F&B Attendants and ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.
A Day in the Life:
1. You will assist the Restaurant Manager with directing, coaching, and developing a team of hospitality professionals.
2. You will deliver exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and exceeding expectations.
3. You will manage food and beverage standards to uphold responsible business practices.
4. You will oversee multiple outlets, including breakfast, all-day dining, and a la carte steakhouse and grill.
Requirements:
* You must have related experience and proven leadership skills.
* You must be able to work AM and PM shifts across a 7-day roster.
* You must speak the local language.
