Responsibilities
* Full leasing support from an in-house agent - advertising, home opens through to application and selection
* 50% Routine Inspections support
* Shared VA admin assistance between 2 Property Managers
* Shared Assistant between 2-3 Property Managers
* Hands-on and supportive head of department
* Portfolio numbers across the business sit between 80 - 150 dependent on experience

* Generous salary increases up to $95,000 + Super as your portfolio increases = be rewarded for your hard work
* Flexible working arrangements, including working from home 3 or 4 days per week due to portfolio and office location
* Portfolios are capped at 100 unless you are comfortable taking on more

The role is flexible and open to a mixed level of experience from 2 + years in portfolio management.
* Team player, ability to work within a small team who support one another

* Possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail
