This is a fantastic prospect to step into a progressive AVM role with exposure across multiple venues, including: Beer Deluxe Albury, Birallee Tavern, Albion Hotel, The Bended Elbow.

What do we need from you?
- Proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue
- A passion for the industry and commitment to a successful career in hospitality
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
- Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
- Extensive restaurant and bar experience
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
- Current RSA
- Desire to expand your skillset under the guidance of the Venue Manager
- Strong financial skills and compliance focus
