Job Description Lead workshops and interviews to gather business and technical requirements Write detailed interface specifications, including APIs and system integrations Analyze and model business processes and data structures Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects to align solutions Facilitate discovery, design, and validation sessions across teams Support delivery teams through the full SDLC, including UAT and implementation Work with data to identify trends, validate system behavior, and support decisions The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Business Analyst should have: 10 years' experience in Business Analysis, ideally in transformation projects Skilled in writing API specs, system integration, and technical documentation Strong understanding of data models, databases, and data mapping Excellent facilitator-leads workshops and engages diverse stakeholders Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a sharp eye for detail Proficient in DevOps, SQL, Confluence, Excel, Miro, and diagramming tools Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments Construction industry experience is a bonus, but not essential What's on Offer Competitive daily rate.
