Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our mental health services team. As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychological assessment and treatment for older adults.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
* Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to contribute to patient management plans and improve outcomes.
* Providing direct therapeutic work with clients, including brief and longer-term psychological treatment.
* Supporting clients with complex needs through specialist psychology-specific roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current general registration as a psychologist and endorsement in Clinical or Forensic Psychology through AHPRA.
* Supervisor endorsement with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) for Higher Degree programs and Registrar Supervision (primary and secondary) or working towards same.
* Working with Children's Check and Police Check.
* Clinical experience in mental health services.
