We have a current vacancy for a highly skilled and safety focused Supervisor - Electrical Maintenance to join our team located in Warrnambool, Victoria. In this role, you will be required to work alongside a crew of like‐minded tradespeople to deliver maintenance onsite.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the electrical maintenance team
* Allocate work tasks and resources to ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently and safely
* Provide technical support, coaching, and mentoring to electricians and apprentices
* Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime
* Lead complex fault-finding activities on electrical, mechanical, and automated systems
* Coordinate contractors and external service providers when required
* Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action implementation
* Maintain accurate maintenance records, permits, and documentation
SELECTION CRITERIA
* Electrical Trade Certificate (A-Grade Electrical Licence)
* Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor, Leading Hand, or Senior Electrician role
* Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, machinery, automation, and fault finding
* Experience within manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, or similar industrial environments highly regarded
* Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
* Sound understanding of WHS legislation and electrical compliance requirements
