Part-Time / Casual Personal Trainer – Strength Coach
We are a personal training studio focused on helping people become strong & fit for life. Our coaching & community is built around longevity, quality movement, and sustainable strength — not quick fixes or trends.
We're looking for a trainer/coach who genuinely believes in the value of strength training and enjoys connecting with & coaching people in 1:1 & small group sessions and group classes.
This role is ideal for someone who:
* Holds Cert 3&4 Fitness qualification, First Aid & CPR
* Values strength training as the foundation for long-term health
* Enjoys coaching group classes and creating a positive training environment
* Brings energy, clarity, and care to their coaching and appreciates the connection clients resonate with
* Is ready to take on PT clients as we have a schedule available. No gym floor scouting
* Has their own training passions and would like room to grow them within a studio
* Is sold out for the health benefits of strength and fitness so loves continual learning
This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow. Hours negotiable dependant on experience, skills to offer and to avoid trainer burnout
We are open to evolving our services & class timetable to include the right candidates passions so if you have experience or personal interest in areas of strength and fitness such as - Boxing, HIIT, Hybrid Events, Mat Pilates, Mobility, Sports Conditioning, Pre & Post Natal, Nutrition
