Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Agent role located in Charters Towers, QLD. The Call Center Agent is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include managing customer accounts, accurately documenting interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The agent will be expected to meet performance targets while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
