About the Role
As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store. You'll support the Office Manager, lead by example, and help create a positive and productive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the team to provide outstanding customer service
* Supervise and train team members, ensuring high performance
* Manage shifts and assist with staffing decisions
* Handle inventory, ordering, and stock management
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
* Drive sales and help achieve business targets
* Provide ongoing coaching and support to foster team development
What We're Looking For
* Certificate IV in Retail or 3+ years of relevant experience in retail or hospitality management
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
