The Opportunity
This is a high-impact sales position suited to a driven, technically savvy individual ready to lead event production sales across Western Australia. Based in Perth, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities across the corporate, government, mining, and association sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively prospect and secure new event business across corporate, government, and association sectors
* Manage the full sales cycle — from initial enquiry through proposal, pitch, and contract close
* Design event production solutions (AV, staging, creative) aligned to client needs and budgets
* Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure flawless execution
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and pipeline KPIs
* Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in event sales, production, or AV solutions
* Strong hunter mentality — you thrive on winning new business
* Solid technical understanding of AV, staging, and event production
* Exceptional client-facing and communication skills
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
