Precise Plumbing & Electrical – Call Centre Operator (CSR)
Precise Plumbing & Electrical is a leading South Australian plumbing, electrical and air conditioning maintenance provider. Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Fulltime and casual positions available.
Our Customer Care department plays a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive a premium level of service. We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude who can quickly build rapport, genuinely cares about people, and has experience in a similar customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer all incoming calls in a professional, warm and efficient manner
* Listen empathetically and confidently guide customers through their enquiry
* Receive and process job bookings accurately and efficiently from:
* Phone calls
* Online bookings
* Emailed work orders
* Web-based chats
* Use inbound call opportunities to identify and convert sales where appropriate
* Make outbound calls relating to specific sales and marketing campaigns
* Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we can add value to their home or business
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role
* Strong customer service skills with a genuinely empathetic approach
* Excellent telephone manner with clear and confident communication
* Ability to stay calm, patient and solution-focused when customers are stressed or upset
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
