We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing customer orders, enquiries, and complaints, while coordinating call and delivery schedules across State and National Business Units.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer calls
* Maintain customer call/delivery schedules
* Receive, log, and process customer complaints
* Provide sales support for the field sales team
* Maintain and manage data, including customer information relating to CRM
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service or administration, preferably with data processing and call center exposure
* Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain a professional approach
* Strong geographical knowledge of Australia
