Copyworld Toshiba is one of Perth's leading providers of Multi-Function Devices and IT solutions. Proudly local, with our head office in Osborne Park, we provide end-to-end solutions including warehousing, administration and local service support. Our many happy clients include major corporate firms and SMEs.

About the role

This is a high-activity, new business focused sales role designed for someone who enjoys hunting, building pipeline, and being rewarded directly for results.

Your success will be measured by new customer acquisition, sales volume, pipeline conversion, CRM accuracy, and market share growth within your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities
* Proactively generate new leads and sales opportunities through outbound activity, prospecting, referrals, cold calls and territory planning.
* Build, maintain and convert a strong and active sales pipeline.
* Drive new business sales while strategically managing and expanding existing accounts.
* Increase Copyworld's market share through disciplined territory management.
* Consistently achieve sales and volume targets.
* Own the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and scoping through to proposal, negotiation, and close.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and disciplined CRM records, ensuring all leads, opportunities, pipeline stages, customer interactions, and forecasts are up to date.
* Develop and maintain client relationships to achieve sales growth.
What you will bring
* A proven B2B sales performer, ideally with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-activity, target driven environment.
* Comfortable with cold prospecting, lead generation, and opening new doors.
* High results and volume focused, with a strong drive to exceed target.
* Disciplined and accountable in maintaining CRM as a core part of your sales process.
* Resilient, self-motivated, and energised with a hunger for success.
* Confident presenting and negotiating with decision-makers across commercial businesses.
* Capable of managing deals end-to-end and adapting your approach to close opportunities.
* Highly organised, with strong time management and the ability to work autonomously.
* Curious and motivated to learn new technology in a fast-evolving industry.

We are looking for Salespeople who have learned how to hunt for new business while at the same time maintain strong working relationships with our existing customers.

A successful, driven salesperson with the right activity levels, CRM discipline, and work ethic can realistically expect to earn in excess of 150K per annum, with top performers earning well above this.
