About Us
Curtin Heritage Living is a not-for-profit provider of residential care retirement living and home care services. We provide services to older people living in the Perth metro the south west and Albany.
Curtin Heritage Living provides maintenance cleaning and gardening services in our residential care homes and retirement living communities and to clients living in their own homes.
This role involves :
External cleaning windows pathways walkways lift floors balconies parking garage cleaning vehicle care
Internal cleaning cleaning of internal tiled areas windows atrium areas glass balustrades
Gardening maintenance general weeding garden clearing assisting with lawn care
Minor maintenance work as directed by the Maintenance manager
About You
You will be a self-motivated person with a strong work ethic who is organised and enjoys working with a team. We are looking for someone who takes great pride in their work and is committed to delivering work to a high standard. You will receive great support from your managementteam.
Desirable but not mandatory :
Experience working in a general cleaning maintenance or gardening role
A desire for quality workmanship
A strong employment track record
An interest in working with older people
Computer literacy all our systems are electronic
A Current drivers license
A National police clearance - we can help you to get one if you need
