About Our Team Member Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized team member to join our housekeeping department. As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest corridors and floor pantries, as well as assisting with deliveries and errands.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are consistently maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. This will involve:
* Responding to guest requests for items to be delivered to their rooms
* Collecting and stocking linens to assist the housekeeping team
* Completing daily task worksheets accurately and legibly, forwarding the completed sheets to management and reporting any incomplete tasks
* Assisting with the cleaning of public areas throughout the day
* Greeting guests and providing assistance with any special requests they may have

1. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas
2. Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
3. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and guests
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* The flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
