The Role
We are recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join a reputable business based in the western Brisbane suburbs. This role is seeking an immediate start for an initial temporary assignment (1-3 months) with view to permanency. Key Responsibilities
Analyse business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision‑making Develop and present financial reports and business cases to key stakeholders Partner with site and business leaders to provide financial guidance and commercial insights Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end processes Drive cost improvement initiatives and support project evaluations Skills & Experience
High proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI highly desirable FMCG or manufacturing highly regarded CA/CPA/CIMA or relevant qualification (or working towards) Robust analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Recent experience in a similar finance business partnering position Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with stakeholders
