Key Position Overview
This role leads and enhances embedded practice across services.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in OSHC or childcare, strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations, and a completed qualification approved by ACECQA.
Responsibilities
* Lead and enhance embedded practice across services
* Implement the TheirCare way of programming, safety, quality, and compliance
* Coach and mentor teams with a focus on improvement and knowledge cascading
* Responsibility across rostering, financials, and community engagement
Requirements
A key requirement for this position is prior experience in OSHC or childcare. Strong industry knowledge and a relevant qualification are also highly valued.
