Logistics Assurance Officer (Stocktaking)
The Collins Systems Program Office is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stocktaking Officer to support inventory accuracy and materiel assurance activities critical to the sustainment of the Collins Class Submarine capability. Working within a complex logistics and engineering environment, the role contributes to maintaining the integrity, accountability, and availability of critical submarine spares and equipment.
Responsibilities
* Develop stocktake programs across warehouses and storage locations.
* Conduct and report on stocktaking activities.
* Investigate and resolve routine issues.
* Reconcile data between inventory management systems and physical holdings.
* Support external stocktaking activities.
* Maintain accurate inventory record in accordance with Defence policy and procedures.
* Liaise with internal and external Collins SPO stakeholders.
* Assist with obsolescence, disposals and data integrity.
* Contribute to continuous improvement within Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
About Our Team
The Collins Submarine Program within the Naval Shipbuilding & Sustainment Group (NSSG) is responsible for the maintenance and programmed upgrade of Australia's Collins Class submarines. The Program works in partnership with the Royal Australian Navy and Industry to deliver the strategic submarine capability to the nation.

Ideal Candidate
* Experience in inventory management or stocktaking activities.
* Analytical skills for data integrity and accuracy.
* Experience within an Inventory Management System.
* Ability to interpret and comply with legislative, policy, regulatory frameworks and organisational objectives.
* Build and sustain effective relationships with team members and key stakeholders and actively participate in teamwork and group activities.
Security Clearance
Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at "Negative Vetting Level 1".
