Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership and drive educational excellence across the Junior School.
* Lead colleagues to evaluate and improve teaching and learning programs.
* Develop and manage resources to support student growth and wellbeing.
School Improvement Plan: Lead initiatives to drive student outcomes and organisational performance.
Teaching and Learning: Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and programmes.
Organisational Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive culture that empowers students and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven contemporary strategic leadership knowledge and experience in a primary setting or equivalent context.
* Superior knowledge of contemporary teaching and learning programs relevant to a culturally diverse and academically rigorous school environment.
* Highly developed human resource management skills with the proven ability to lead and influence others.
* High level communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to communicate with influence and interact effectively with people from diverse cultures.
