Job Title: Business Development Manager – LED and Digital Signage

Location: Australia or New Zealand, preferably Sydney

Reports to: General Manager, MAXHUB Oceania

To support our continued growth in the ANZ region, we are seeking a highly skilled BDM with experience across both sales and pre-sales functions.

About the Role

This is a senior-facing, solution-driven business development role focused on growing MAXHUB's LED and digital signage business across ANZ. You'll work closely with channel partners, system integrators, consultants, and end customers, providing professional advice on LED solution design and suitability, while driving pipeline and closing opportunities.

This role suits someone who is commercially strong and technically confident, able to engage customers early, shape solutions, and support projects from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth for LED and digital signage solutions across the ANZ region
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, recommending suitable LED solutions based on application, environment, and budget
* Identify and develop new channel partners, system integrators, and key accounts
* Support partners and customers through the project lifecycle - design, pre-sales, installation, commissioning, and handover
* Engage with consultants, designers, and influencers to specify MAXHUB LED solutions into projects
* Lead major bids, tenders, and large-scale LED deployments
* Collaborate with marketing on LED-focused campaigns, demos, events, and market education
* Provide market and technical feedback to global product teams to support roadmap development
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve revenue targets and support strategic initiatives

About You

* 5+ years' experience in business development, sales, or solutions roles within LED, digital signage, AV, or display technology
* Deep understanding of LED technology, including practical considerations for real-world deployments
* Strong ability to provide professional, consultative advice on LED solution design and suitability
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Confident engaging with customers, partners, consultants, and senior stakeholders
* Commercially driven, self-motivated, and comfortable owning regional growth targets
* Hands-on experience with LED design, installation, and commissioning is highly regarded
