Our clients include unions, associations, educational, and healthcare sector bodies that require secure, intuitive tools to serve their members. We help them do it better through our suite of integrated products: CRM, finance, learning, engagement, and community modules — all built in-house by our team.

The Role
We're looking for a
Senior Backend Engineer
who's excited to work at the heart of a small, dynamic team. This is a hands-on role where you'll solve complex problems and contribute directly to the success of our platform and our clients.
You'll work closely with our founders, product leaders, and developers across:
* Designing and building robust backend services and APIs in .NET
* Translating real-world business logic into clean, maintainable code
* Integrating with third-party services like Stripe, Twilio, AI/ML APIs
* Helping define and evolve our tech architecture and dev practices
* Maintaining and modernising some legacy systems (ASP.NET MVC and .NET Framework)
While this is a backend-heavy role, we welcome individuals with full-stack capabilities or interest, especially those who are eager to learn quickly and take on broader responsibilities.

Tech Stack & Requirements
Core Backend (Required):
* 5+ years' experience in backend development using .NET / C#
* ASP.NET Core, Web API, RESTful services
* .NET Framework and ASP.NET MVC for legacy support
* SQL Server (NoSQL a plus)
* Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps pipelines
* Strong understanding of software design patterns and architecture
Frontend (Nice to Have):
* HTML, CSS, JavaScript
* React Native or Angular
Bonus Points:
* Stripe, Twilio, Campaign Monitor or SendGrid integration
* Azure AI Search, Azure Bot Service
* Power BI or similar tools for reporting and data visualisation
* CI/CD pipelines, microservices, or event-driven design
