Position Profile:
We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Program Manager Quality Improvement who will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the WACHS quality improvement system including state-wide Safety and Quality Improvement strategies and implementation plans. Leads, coordinates and manages the development, establishment, monitoring and evaluation of the WACHS QI education and training program. Develops training and education packages for all levels of staff including a core improvement science workshop to be delivered within the regions. Coordinates and maintains a sustainable system for the collation, analysis, interpretation and documentation of organisational outcomes and knowledge management related to quality improvement activities and programs.
