Remuneration: S36.38 - $51.08 per hour + 11.5% super + Salary packaging

About the role:
In this versatile and rewarding position, you’ll work across both the Emergency Department and General Ward, with future opportunities to expand into peri-operative care.
You will:

Deliver high-quality care to patients in emergency, medical, and surgical settings
Collaborate with an experienced team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, a Nurse Unit Manager, and Clinical Nurse Educators
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative workplace culture where professional development is encouraged
Work on a rotating roster that supports work-life balance and provides variety in your clinical experience

About you:
We’re seeking a Registered Nurse who:

Has recent experience in Emergency and either holds triage credentialing or is willing to work towards it
Is passionate about person-centred care and able to advocate for patients and families
Can respond effectively to rapidly changing clinical situations
Enjoys working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and cultural respect in all interactions
Is confident supervising students and delegating to ENs and AINs within scope of practice
