The Technology Enterprise team is composed of experienced professionals who provide practical technology solutions for MSP, SOW, and RPO programs.
The support structure is based on a squad methodology, where scalable teams work across functional areas to achieve a common goal.
The senior data analyst provides technology expertise as part of the data analysis chapter within this squad-based structure.The purpose of the job is to provide an excellent, customer-focused service from their area of expertise, which helps to improve the performance of the organisation.
The role specifically involves delivering data workstreams and providing data expertise and support.Your ResponsibilitiesRecommendations: Provide advice to managers on how to apply existing procedures and precedents.
Offer guidance to internal customers and handle specialized questions within your area of expertise.
Share professional knowledge and knowledge of processes and resourcesNeeds Assessment: Investigate questions related to existing programs, processes, and procedures.
Translate the needs of both internal and external customers into products and services.Project Management: Support others by performing prescribed project management activities based on existing procedures.
Make proposals and improvements to workforce processes.
Act as the first point of contact for the organization regarding your expertise and join client-facing meetings.Data Collection & Analysis: Produce accurate reports by collecting data from various sources and entering it into standard formats.
Modify and review reports as needed to ensure their applicability.
Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
Create presentations with data based on agreed-upon specifications.
Consolidate and integrate client data for specific reports.
Maintain and review datasets, ensuring data quality and addressing discrepancies.
Proactively recommend improvements for existing data management processes and tools.Job RequirementsEducation: University/Post Graduate degree or equivalent professional and intellectual ability.Experience:4+ years in an MSP or RPO business.3+ years with key technology providers.Experience with reporting, vendor management, application tracking systems, CRM databases, and analytic tools.Excellent skills in Microsoft Office/Google for business applications.Experience working in a matrix organization and in a fast-growing, project-based environment.Basic experience coordinating the work of others and managing stakeholders up to middle management.Skills & Knowledge:Advanced Excel/Sheets and proficient Smartsheets skills are required.Advanced skills and knowledge in SAP / Fieldglass / BeelineGood command of the business language (English) and strong written communication skills are essential.Knowledge of RSR's products, tools, clients, and processes.Knowledge of back-office processes used by RSR and the RSR tech stack.Familiarity with leading technologies for the business (VMS, CRM, ATS).
