 * This role is located onsite in Brendale Contact Centre
 * Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and webchats
 * Manage high volume service related inquiries within our contact centre
 * Rostered shifts will vary across Monday to Sunday, 7am to 6pm (in advance)
