The Role This a rare opportunity to work for a global, blue-chip company whose brands are a household name. You will become part of a large AR team. The role is predominantly processing and resolving Credit/Product Claims, documenting claims and investigating stock discrepancies. This integral role will have you collaborating closely with the wider finance team, sales and customer service teams. Thus, having the ability to be communicate effectively and problem solve will be a major component of the role. The ideal candidate will have some experience in AR with exposure to processing claims, however Accounts/Finance Officers without this experience are also encouraged to apply, as full training/mentoring is provided. Your primary duties will comprise of: Claims processing Investigating stock discrepancies Authorising Claims and Claims processing Authorising and processing Redemptions/Credits/Coupons Maintaining vendor data on ERP system Liaising with Transport/Logistics companies Following up rebilled claims payments Invoice processing Ad hoc tasks where required About You You will have a great learning attitude and a flexible approach to work.
