South Perth Dermatology and Specialist Skin Cancer Centre is a Specialist Dermatology Practice located in South Perth. The practice is well known for its outstanding customer service and we are seeking a suitable person to work in our team who thrives on working in a fast paced environment. We are looking for a reliable, well presented and happy team member who is capable of working approx 22 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday) with the ability to cover leave. The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment is essential. Applicants with previous experience working in Specialist rooms using Genie software or experience in GP clinics will be highly regarded for this position, although training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Qualifications & experience
* Proven previous experience in Medical Reception
* Proven use of Genie software
* Proven use of the Microsoft suite
* Prior experience with audio typing (preferred but not essential)
* Prior experience dealing with private health funds and medicare claims
* Experience in working in a dynamic team
* Ability to work in a face paced environment
* Must have valid right to work in Australia and ability to pass police background check

* Medical Reception duties associated with a Specialist Medical Practice
* Private Health Fund billing
* Banking
* Patient bookings - including surgical
* Liaising with General Practices
* Audio typing
