We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Golf Course Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the golf course and surrounding grounds to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and present the golf course and surrounding grounds to the highest standards expected by management.
* Supervise, mentor, and motivate grounds maintenance staff in daily operations.
* Assist with planning and implementing turf management programs to ensure optimal course conditions.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working on a golf course or similar outdoor environment.
* Skilled in operating heavy machinery and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff and management.
