About The Role
About The Role
Looking for a Senior Software Engineer I with strong expertise in Rust to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize high-performance systems using Rust, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape our technology and products.

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain Rust-based applications and services
* Optimize performance and ensure code reliability
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical strategies
* Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Requirements
* Proven experience in Rust development
* Strong understanding of systems programming and memory safety
* Experience with distributed systems or backend architecture
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Strong CS theory, algorithm complexity and data structures
* AWS experience a plus.
