We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Store Manager for our brand-new store opening in Canberra!
This is your chance to shape the culture, drive performance, and bring the 2XU experience to life in one of Australia’s premiere retail locations. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, engage with the local fitness community, and create a world-class customer experience.
What You’ll Do
* Drive store performance through sales targets, KPIs, and team development
* Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, passionate, and energetic team
* Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory, rostering, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
* Connect with the local fitness and active community through events, collaborations, and partnerships
* Deliver a world-class customer experience that reflects the 2XU brand
What You’ll Bring
* Proven retail leadership experience, ideally with premium or performance brands
* Genuine passion for health, fitness, and high-performance apparel
* Confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate your team
* Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Strong operational skills in rostering, inventory management, and visual merchandising
