Your role
Looking for a business analyst who will be responsible for gathering, documenting and validating business requirements.
* As a Level 2 Business Analyst, you will use your practical knowledge of project management processes and procedures to provide a quality analytical and administrative service to the business.
* You will be responsible to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders across Business Units to identify opportunities for improvement, contribute to the delivery of project goals, and provide support that enables effective business decision-making.
Customer New Business domain
* Support projects by gathering and documenting business requirements, contributing to business analysis activities, and helping to ensure project information is accurately maintained and communicated across relevant teams.
* Gather / review the scope (as provided by the Business).
* Produce Activity Diagrams.
* Produce Use Case Models and Use Cases.
* Review/collaborate on Conceptual Solutions and Sequence Diagrams (as provided by Engineers).
* Produce Epics, Features and User Stories with acceptance criteria in Jira.
* Review/collaborate on test plans, test cases and triage defects (as provided by Quality Analysts/Engineers).
* Directly support offshore resources within your team.
Your profile
* 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical or support role.
* Experience gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs.
* Good insurance domain knowledge.
* Hands-on understanding of AI tools and the ability to leverage them in day-to-day activities.
* Strong communication and decision-making skills, as the role requires acting as a spokesperson, engaging and influencing multiple stakeholders, and taking independent decisions.
