Job Description
BESIX Watpac is seeking a Systems Administrator to facilitate improved business outcomes through the support, maintenance, and enhancement of key technology solutions.
This role will be responsible for:
- Supporting Microsoft 365, AWS cloud, and on-premises infrastructure to ensure system reliability.
- Managing upgrades, patches, and licence renewals across core platforms.
- Monitoring performance, resolving incidents, and providing escalation support to the Service Desk team.
- Developing user guides and technical documentation to improve system processes.
- Assisting with disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
Qualifications
The incumbent in this role will require:
- Degree in Information Technology or related field desirable.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Systems Administration.
- Microsoft 365 administration experience, required.
- Amazon Web Services knowledge or certification desirable.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
