What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent technical qualification Proven experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing or engineering environment Strong understanding of root cause analysis, failure investigation, and corrective action implementation Hands-on technical expertise with mechanical systems and manufacturing processes Experience conducting audits and reviewing quality management systems (ISO 9001 knowledge advantageous) Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence a technical team Ability to think critically about problems, and identify underlying gaps in a variety of business processes including Sales, Design, Procurement, Operations, and Quality Control Ready to get started?
