**About the role**
This newly created hybrid role is responsible for formulating, implementing and evaluating the performance of the marketing strategies including digital, media, trade, PR and a growing e-Comm business. As an integral part of the team working alongside colleagues based in LA & Europe, you will ensure local business strategies are aligned with Global Brand Marketing expectations.
**Responsibilities**
- Execute strategic marketing plan in-line with global brand positioning, adhering to guidelines
- Manage relationships cross-functionally internal and external to execute marketing campaigns
- Create and manage marketing and PR campaigns to promote brand awareness including social media and influencers
- Collaborate with sales team and customer partners to ensure alignment of brand strategy
- Localise digital marketing campaigns to be relevant to this market and customer in conjunction with HQ
- Work with the Design & Development team on new products so they are relevant to Australia's customer and market
- Conduct brand presentations for buyers
- Create annual marketing plans and track & manage budgets and spend
- Identify competitor activity to stay relevant in the market and a leader in the industry
- Create local point of sale and support materials using company processes and tools local to the market
- Support and drive the e-Comm business to exceed ambitious growth plans using relevant tools and media
- Provide analytical insights and reports to measure success of campaigns and identify learnings
- Work on a subsidiary business supporting their socials, media and marketing tools to drive success
**Experience required**
- 5+ years experience as Brand or Marketing Manager
- Degree qualified
- Able to travel to Los Angeles twice per year as well as to key trade shows as required
- Demonstrated ability to execute marketing strategies with successful outcomes
- Clear experience in meeting deadlines and a fast moving, priority changing environment
- Digital marketing experience
- Outgoing personality with strong relationship building skills, confident presenting and influencing key stakeholders
- Solid leadership skills to grow the team
- Attention to detail
