Compassionate Care Worker

Main Responsibilities:
* Assisting with showering and dressing
* Supporting daily activities such as eating and social interactions
* Working collaboratively with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
* Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a cohesive care approach
* Providing exceptional service to families and the community
