Site Manager – Regional Projects

The Opportunity
You will take the lead on a regional NSW government redevelopment project, involving demolition, site works, and the installation of a modular building component. Upon completion you will take the leas on a further 2 projects for the same end client.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Site Manager who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving, and delivering smaller regional projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day site operations for a government redevelopment project.
* Oversee demolition, footings, services installation, and on-site works.
* Coordinate modular building installation in partnership with the internal modular team.
* Ensure safety, quality, and program compliance.
* Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives.
* Report to the Construction Manager and coordinate logistics across regional projects.
* Support future projects throughout regional NSW once the initial build is completed.

About You
Mandatory Requirements:
* Proven experience as a standalone Site Manager.
* Experience delivering projects with a minimum of $5m.
* Strong ability to coordinate demo, footings, services, and modular components.
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
* Willingness to travel and work across multiple regional NSW locations.
