We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Food Preparation Specialist to join our award-winning team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various international hot and cold meals in commercial quantities for airlines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meal Preparation: Prepare high-quality hot and cold meals for business and economy class passengers on various airlines.

* Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and minimize food wastage.

* Cleanliness and Hygiene: Ensure a clean and hygienic work environment at all times.

* Menu Compliance: Adhere strictly to menu specifications as well as food safety, quality assurance, and health policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Qualifications: Certificate III Commercial Cookery or higher qualifications preferred or equivalent level of experience.

* Passion and Drive: Passion and drive to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

* Flexibility: Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.

* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
