Job Opportunity: Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of a Salesforce platform. Open to Interstate but NSW is preferred.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on business-as-usual (BAU) support activities, as well as enhancements and bug fixes.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide technical development and support. You will take ownership of incident resolution, service requests, technical enhancements, and support release activities, while applying your expertise to maintain and improve the platform.
A key requirement is strong experience with Salesforce OmniStudio formerly Vlocity, as the solution relies heavily on these components.
Key Accountabilities
* Deliver technical development and configuration using Salesforce.
* Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
* Develop minor enhancements and changes in line with business priorities and agile delivery practices.
* Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators, testers, and end users to support solution performance and usability.
* Contribute to release planning and deployment activities including code reviews, documentation, and testing.
* Maintain up-to-date solution documentation and technical artefacts.
* Ensure compliance with internal standards, governance processes, and change management procedures.
* Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and automation.
Key Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments.
* Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Document Generation.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a BAU support context.
* Strong Mentorship experience
* Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components LWC, SOQL, and Lightning Flows.
* Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Azure DevOps.
