We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our Darwin-based Contact Centre. You will be part of a high-performing team that supports customers across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, processing inbound telephone bets, and solving customer problems with speed, empathy, and attention to detail.
