Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive HR professional to support business strategy and objectives. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will engage with client groups to develop a deep understanding of the business landscape, balancing people and commercial considerations to focus on business outcomes and results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the business to drive initiatives around employee engagement, leadership development, and talent management.
* Provide support and guidance across all aspects of HR, including talent attraction, development, engagement, performance, learning, and compensation.
* Maintain business knowledge by engaging regularly with the organization and using data to identify trends, improve processes, and provide insights for client groups.
* Build leadership capability through coaching, mentoring, and training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 4 years' experience in a HR Advisor/Consultant role or 1-3 years as a HR Business Partner, preferably in finance or technology.
* Experience in strategic and operational HR activities.
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or psychology preferred.
* Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of Australian employment law; NZ experience desirable.
