Emergency Planning Lead
* This role is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring emergency planning systems to ensure the organisation's continuity during crisis situations.
* The position requires expertise in emergency management, risk assessment and business continuity planning to maintain plans and capabilities in accordance with relevant legislation and standards.
* The key responsibilities include delivering the Business Continuity program, ensuring critical functions can continue during emergencies and disaster events, and leading high-performing teams to achieve organisational goals.
* Applicants should have experience in leading and managing teams, as well as a proven track record of building positive cultures within their organisations.
* Qualifications and experience in emergency, risk or business management are highly desirable, along with a working understanding of emergency management plans and procedures.
* Strong communication and influencing skills are required to deliver organisational training and work effectively across all levels of the organisation.
