Are you looking to kick-start your Occupational Therapy career?
National 360's Graduate Experience is a 12-month program designed to equip you with the skills and support needed to become a capable and confident Occupational Therapist.
What is this Program?
Recognised as the industry's leading graduate program, it provides exposure to all key areas of practice, ensuring graduates gain real-world knowledge and experience. Guided by a Graduate Passport to track your journey every step of the way, the program comprises four key phases:
* Simulated Practice: A safe and controlled environment to practice therapeutic skills and get comfortable with real-life scenarios before client sessions.
* Experiential Discovery: A dynamic, hands-on approach that immerses you in real-life situations, connecting new information to existing knowledge with everyday applications to enhance learning.
* Theoretical Learning: Develop clinical expertise by strengthening the theoretical foundation through immersive and interactive workshops facilitated by Subject Matter Experts.
* Individualised Development: A custom program designed with each individual to follow their preferred roadmap to excellence, specialising or maintaining a diverse caseload.
