As a Structures Manager, you will have full project oversight for ensuring safety, cost, quality and time targets are met. Based in Dapto and servicing the South Coast Region, you will tender projects, as well as oversee the project delivery, report to senior management on the performance of your scope of works.
We will look to you to:
- Identify, tender and estimate suitable projects across NSW;
- Deliver projects in accordance with contractual obligations and company policies/procedures;
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders;
- Lead & support a culture of Living Safely and oversee HSEQ compliance;
- Project Management including programming/scheduling, contractual administration, procurement and technical aspects;
- Financials including, monthly reviews, progress claims, cost valuations, budgets and forecasting.
