**The Role**

Your main focus will be managing and securing advertising in the digital market with an emphasis on Facebook and Instagram. We are ready to scale our business to reach everyone on the planet and need your help telling the stories that will transform the beauty industry.

**Who we are looking for**:
A savvy and proactive person to help us scale up our Marketing efforts through broad campaign creation and experimentation.
The media buyer/digital media specialist is tasked with managing and securing advertising in the digital space with an emphasis on Facebook and Instagram. Media could include paid search, paid social, display (Google Ads and others), SEO, etc.
The digital media specialist will conduct extensive research and identify the right digital media mix for specific campaigns. The needs will differ based on the needs of the partner or project, so it is important to approach each problem individually and maintain strong communication in order to work well with partners, co-workers, and outside parties.
It is also important to be able to multitask, as multiple campaigns are usually assigned at once. Attention to detail is key, as all digital campaigns will need constant monitoring and optimization. Furthermore, the ideal team member will have the following:
**Main Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for Multimedia content creation. This includes:
- Managing digital advertising campaigns in Google Ads and other platforms before, during and after campaigns, including recommendations, implementation, optimization and reporting.
- Developing and executing bidding strategies, including but not limited to keywords, objectives, demographics, remarketing, retargeting, custom audience lists, etc.
- Analyzing and optimizing campaigns throughout duration in order to maximize results for campaign KPIs. Devising A/B testing strategies to improve performance as warranted.
- In conjunction with the digital strategy team, develop and manage SEO for our global websites.
